Refurbished MRI Machine - International Crating & Ocean Shipping to Argentina
Crate Pros recently partnered with a medical equipment repair and refurbishment company to pack, crate, and ship an MRI machine and all of its components to an international customer in Argentina. Because of the extreme height of the MRI, Crate Pros needed to design packaging that could not only support the 7,000-pound main machine (gantry) but also fit into the 40-foot high cube ocean shipping container. In addition to performing on-site crating services and working with a rigging team to properly load the gantry, Crate Pros also provided services such as ocean container load planning/balancing and blocking, bracing, and securing all equipment and components for safe transport to their international destination.
