White Glove Delivery
Crate Pros is pleased to offer white glove delivery (WGD) to our customers for most delivery needs. For WGD our team will schedule a delivery window with you and will discuss the the requirements of your delivery. Upon arrival, the team will confirm the room to which the freight will be delivered, move the freight to the room, unpack the freight, place the freight one time, clean up any debris, and remove all packaging and materials.
ISPM-15 Certification for International Export
Crate Pros is a certified ISPM-15 Program facility for export packaging and maintains our accreditation through monthly audits governed by the USDA/APHIS. In order to ship wood packaging to another country for export, those packaging materials must be certified under the ISPM-15 standard by the IPPC. All of Crate Pros materials are certified, which allows us to serve as your partner for any international export crating needs.
